NCT's Doyoung has donated 50 million KRW to The Promise, a disaster social welfare organization, to support residents affected by the recent wildfires. On the 27th, The Promise (Chairman Myojang) announced that Doyoung contributed the donation to assist with relief efforts for wildfire-affected areas in Ulsan, Gyeongbuk, and Gyeongnam regions.
The funds will be used for providing emergency relief supplies to residents in Gyeongsangnam-do and Gyeongsangbuk-do, who have suffered damage from the widespread wildfires. The donations will also go toward psychological and emotional support programs to help them return to school and resume their daily lives. The Promise plans to deliver tailored support to help residents recover quickly and return to normalcy.
Doyoung expressed, "I wanted to help those who are struggling due to the wildfires, even if just a little. I sincerely hope that everyone can return to a warm and peaceful daily life soon."
