Water parsley harvest full of spring scent

On the 19th, a rainy season, Hong Jeong-pyo and his wife are harvesting spring water parsley, which has been certified as a pesticide-free agricultural product, at a facility house in Baekun-ri, Baekjeon-myeon, Hamyang-gun, Gyeongsangnam-do. The water parsley at the foot of Baekun Mountain here is grown in an eco-friendly way at 600m above sea level, so it has a strong scent, soft stems, and a crunchy texture.
